Besides the challenge from the external enviorment , project manager also need to make lots of efforts to lead project team member ,such as : internal well-communication fuction built-up , team member motivation ..etc. which are all the avoidless and tough challenges for project manager .The research is based on the interal point of view from enterprise , it further explore the impact of project teamwork quality and project team member proximity on the project effectiveness , the impact of project team’s satisfaction on the project team performance .On the basis of this conceptual framework, the proposed model is tested from samples collected from the people that get involved with formal project as team member in Taiwan . The research hypothesis is analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for confirmation. The result present significant impact of “project teamwork quality ”and “project team member proximity ” on “project team performance ” , significant impact of “project teamwork quality ” on “project team’s satisfaction ” , significant impact of “project team’s satisfaction ” on “project team performance ”. Based on the above confirmation, the project manger should manipulate the factor of “project teamwork quality and then lead to higher project team effectiveness .Besides , project manger also pay a great attention to the influence fromt different project team member proximity in order to well-control the result of project .
