The empirical finding indicates that:(1)Financial performance is found to be positively associated with prior CSR.(2) The CSR information transparent corporation and OTC corporation it surpasses the CSR information not transparent corporation and the TWSE corporation in the corporate society responsibility performance(CSP).(3) The CSR and the young corporation in the information disclosure is more fully revealed.
