Because the current density of device is zero wthout applying bias voltage, the decrease of resistance is not caused by photocurrents. From the simulation result of DDSCAT, we can observe that there are a peak on the curve of the absorption factor of gold nanoparticles versus the wavelength. According to this result, we consider that the decrease of resistance relate to the LSPR effect. To further confirm the relationship between resistance and LSPR. Device 2 would be expose to visible light irradiation the wavelength from 350nm-750nm, and measured the current density with bias voltage, it can be observed that the shape of those curve are very consistent with the simulation result. The fact that the resistance of sample would be decreased by LSPR was confirmed again. To confirm the relationship between resistance ,organic solar cells and LSPR, we use NI multisim to construct the equivalent circuit of organic solar cell and simulate the I-V curve of those organic solar cells with and without gold nanoparticles, and comparing the simulation with the experiment result. Because of the consistence of the simulation and the experiment result, the theoretical framework was complete. Guo-Dong Su 蘇國棟 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 64 en_US
