Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 物理研究所 === 99 === We have used mono-dispersed and self-packing gelatin bubbles for our scaffolds. 3T3 fibroblasts were used for our cell model. We were interested in how cells responded to their environment providing different geometries and mechanical properties such as surface curvature and stiffness. We utilized soft lithography to construct our scaffolds of different pore sizes and gas fractions. We cultured 3T3 in the scaffolds, stained their cytoskeletons with Phalloidin and took images with confocal microscopy. We reconstructed cell images using Imaris and took measurements of cells in scaffolds.
