We utilized soft lithography to construct our scaffolds of different pore sizes and gas fractions. We cultured 3T3 in the scaffolds, stained their cytoskeletons with Phalloidin and took images with confocal microscopy. We reconstructed cell images using Imaris and took measurements of cells in scaffolds.
