Face of global warming and save energy to reduce carbon emissions issues, setting high standards of China's reduction goals, to promote photovoltaic industry conducive to reducing carbon dioxide emissions. As a leader of developing countries, the development of China's solar power movements by the world attention. China's production of solar photovoltaic equipment has been ranked first in the world, expanding domestic market in China is imperative. Renewable energy in the most convenient to the photovoltaic industry, so the development of renewable energy in the solar focus of future development projects. As the photovoltaic industry of renewable energy not only of production, to promote the development of the photovoltaic industry, reduce the proportion of imported oil, but also help China's overall energy strategy layout, increase energy self-sufficiency ratio, good promotion of energy security. China's development of the photovoltaic industry has its advantages, but because of its lack of policy stability, the development of the photovoltaic industry has been unable to devote. Over-reliance on the photovoltaic industry policy adjustments will not be put into effect development. China's future is only through legal norms, and strengthen people's confidence to deepen the promotion of solar photovoltaic industry. China's electricity use is currently in the phase transition from the traditional use of electric power development of the transition to a low-carbon electricity, in addition to the economic development process with the large amount of energy consumption, but also the need to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, it is a great for China Challenges. This research Chinese photovoltaic industry through policy and legal analysis to understand the developments in the photovoltaic industry in China, hoping to observe China policy and legal system, as the development of PV industry in Taiwan to learn.
