| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 科技管理所 === 99 === In recent years, the global warming, the climate change, the shortage of fossil fuel and the environment pollution are becoming serious problem. Therefore, various countries have attached importance to the development and utilization of renewable energy. The wind power generation technology is more mature than other renewable energy and there are few greenhouse gas emissions during generation process, therefore less impact on the environment, the wind power have the development advantages than other renewable energy. However, the cost of wind power is much higher than thermal power generation, so the government economic incentive policies have become to the important element of the development of wind energy industry.
Even though the development of wind energy industry in China is later than other countries, China has been one of the top global wind power countries. The purpose of the study is through the experience of the development of wind energy industry and the wind policy and legal in China, try to analyze how to promote the wind policy and legal in Taiwan.
The method of the study is to discuss the wind energy policy and legal in China by the literature analysis. Through the experience of the development of wind energy industry and the executive measures of wind policy and legal in China, the conclusion can be the consultation to the further researcher and government.
The study finds out that because of the Renewable Energy Law and the executive measures in China, the development speed of wind energy industry is much faster. It is deserved to understand under the more importance to the global wind power technology and lean the development of green technology. It can be the consultation for Taiwan government to push the wind energy industry and set the better wind energy policy.
