For PCB manufacturer in Taiwan, it’s imperative to understand the company’s financial performance and adjust business strategies when relative cost advantage gradually disappear; Therefore, this study hope to get a set of integrative concept and direction on PCB industry through data collection and industry practice. This study use five financial ratios such as liquidity ratios, debt management ratios, asset management ratios, profitability ratios and market-value ratios to analysis the financial performance of the case company. After that, we compared the results to other competitors to obtain the relative financial performance of the case company. Finally, we made some conclusions and suggestions on future development and plan for the case company. In summary, the case company has a stable financial performance compare to its competitors. In other words, the case company has much better liquidity, lower degree of liabilities, better ability to pay over the surplus and lower the probability of financial crises. Only one thing that the case company have to improve is that gross margin ratio and net profit ratio are relatively low, resulting in slightly inferior ROA and ROE performance. In the future, the case company must to improve the yields on the whole produce process of Intel CPU FC, by doing so, business performance will dramatically improved.
