This on-line trading service is widely used by considerable number of investors. Furthermore, the on-line business became one of the major incomes. However, the importance and efficacy of integration of on-line trading system are disregard, due to more desirable of new financial products announcement. By a deeper and purposeful theoretical research with one of biggest securities firms in Taiwan. There are several impacts, such as lack of time to achieve faster and faster business promotions, reduce total cost efficiently and decrease the impact of trading software migration. Hence, this study provides three influence of "the integration of trading system". - The performance of customer service obviously increased. The best performance is foreign stocks and the worst is foreign futures. - The new trading system was smoothly accepted and implement by users. Especially, all of foreign stock customers were success to use the trading system, but the foreign futures customers were worse. - After integration of trading system, the number of customers' acceptance was increase, especial the number of foreign stock users, otherwise the number of foreign futures users was worse.
