Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 99 === Minimally invasive surgery is the new mainstream of global development of surgical operation and has been widely used in a variety of surgical procedures. For surgeons, the laparoscopic surgery has become an important training program. However, the cost of laparoscopic surgery training simulator is still high, and practicability is also inadequate. The aim of this research is to develop a low-cost laparoscopic surgery training system. By using the system, every surgeon can enhance their laparoscopic surgery skills and familiar with the surgery procedures in the shortest training time. Therefore, they can provide more effective and safer laparoscopic surgery for patients in the future. This research design the stability of instrument operation and gripping action-related module for the laparoscopic surgery training system, which includes a virtual reality training module, gripping training module, stability training module, real-time recording function, learning curve record function and 3D visual assistance. We use the laparoscopic surgery training system to gather statistics of doctor's usage and evaluate the abilities of operating instrument between attending physician and novice doctors. Regarding to the training effectiveness, ten novice users operate the system for four days to observe the growing curve. According to experimental results, the enhancement of stability training and gripping training is 48% and 49%, respectively. The experimental results prove that the laparoscopic surgery training system can improve the skill of operating instrument.
