The first task is to reduce issues of a consumption of supplying of electric current. Over the past ten years, the rapid development of various industries. In Taiwan, the growth rate of greenhouse gas emissions is almost the highest in the world. Therefore, the government makes the relevant policies of CO2 reduction for the standard. Architecture and Building Research Institute commissioned National Taiwan University of Science and Technology research team invent MEGA House for demands of energy efficiency and carbon reduction. MEGA House building is based on four architectural concepts that are M, E, G, A. This research used "G" energy and "E" electronic controls in intelligent. For building energy-saving, utility and meeting people needs of the indoor temperature situation, the energy-saving equipment in different times and conditions will find a mechanism for the highest performance. According the proposes of research, a series of experimental projects, including Earth-tube, Solar chimney and compressor for Earth-tube. The test is divided into four stages (1) The first stage is acquiring the best combination between earth tube and solar chimney in the energy-saving equipment. (2)Phase II trial is based on the results of the first phase. Test the best combination to acquire the best time to open the energy-saving equipment. (3)The third stage concerns the needs of comfort in summer and winter at home. Receiving the solution of the best mechanism and simulating intelligent control system for the operation of energy-saving. And the correction table for the mechanism. Finally, to integrate each result of the testing stages to find the effects of carbon reduction and evaluating the effect of economic benefits to get the outcome that MEGA House saves money and decreases CO2 in a year.
