Concerning two big chip graphic card providers hold good prices and rationing to VGA card manufacturer's advantage, no matter in off-season or in the peak season which is to the graphics card industry is facing the pressure and operational test. Motivation and purpose of this paper is (1) internal and external problems of survival: the external VGA card industry and its rapidly changing and short product life cycle, show VGA card manufacturers is how to adapt to survive ? (2) This study used Qualitative Research and case study to explore the business dynamic from the view of environment, strategy and organization between those three dimensions and relevance, is the parallel existence or will important? (3) Finally, trying to find identify the optimal survival in a dynamic industry. The results showed: enterprise regardless of whether the change in operating conditions, companies are required to do the environment, adaptive strategies and organizations to adjust.Instance by the company that case, when the environment, strategy and organization among the three mutually under the influence of managers "strategy" is the most important driving force. Industry is dynamic, when the business has any threat of change, should be have multiple abilities any time. Finally, if "strategy" as the main driving force, with industry executives in addition to knowledge, but also to have high sensitivity and forward to the dynamic business environment, in order to move the brake, flexible and responsive.
