Three officials and seven presidents of LED companies are interviewed. The results are list below: L Company can increase the advantage in China because of their great innovation and technology. Secondary, L Company can receive the orders from government or big companies, if L Company can match the fashion of green or environmental. Furthermore, L Company should pay more attention on the questions we listed below. It’s hard to borrowed funds from banks because unfamiliar between L Company and banks. The employees in China are unstable. The costs are too expensive in operation. We suggest L Company should grasp the opportunities of government’s policy and order, borrow the funds from several banks at the same tiome. We also suggest that L Company can adopt tarket operation strategy to serve customers and strengthen the communication.
