| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立聯合大學 === 建築學系碩士班 === 99 === The aim of this research is discussion about how the community environment development presents the regional Life-behavior scape. It discusses on the development process of the community environment redevelopment, what is the meaning of the daily life behavior of the community environment and how the daily life behavior be presented by the community environment redevelopment. At the same time, find out what is the meaning of the Life behavior scape which is created by the community daily life model. The research method is action research, participatory planning approaches and the questionnaire survey. Moreover, the research takes the community which participated in the environment development case of Maioli county community planner program to be the research objects. The research discusses the case study and related theory of the environment behavior, culture life and community development, and develops these to the research structure of the research. Furthermore, it choose five mature communities to observer their community development practice process, and harmony with analysis result of the community planner training classes and evaluate the residents participation model and practice the life behavior on the community environment redevelopment model. Finally, it shows and understands the model to practice the living behavior in the community environment development.
This research considers to apply the community life-behavior scape in the community environment development through the community environment operation development model and the community talent breeding classes. Thus, it can be sure that the Life-behavior scape is composed with four foundational elements those are time, region, people and culture, so that it can translate a completely Life-behavior scape. It orders three typical types of community environment development through the participation in the environment development of the community planner project. Moreover, these three elements are the transform of the building facade, the green and beautification of the community park and the subject topic space planning, and it order three different type of operate models by the operation process of the research objects. It provides a model for the community to develop the Life-behavior scape in the future and create a community which is provided with regional Life-behavior scpae.
