Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 自動化工程研究所 === 99 === Five-axis CNC machine tool is composed of three linear axes and two rotary axes, so it has the multi-direction manufacture ability. It gradually supplants three-axis machine tools, so the measurement technique for five-axis CNC machine tools is focused. In this paper, an optical calibration system, Non-Bar, for five-axis CNC machine tools is presented . The Non-Bar is composed of two laser sources, two quadrant detectors and a ball-lens. According to with the measuring path in ISO/CD 10791-6, it has been recently implemented to measure three types of the five-axis CNC machine tools, A-type, B-type and C-type, in 3 manufacturers of machine tools. The Non-Bar is characterized by easy setup, low cost, high accuracy and high reproducibility
