By controlling air flow one can adjusts outlet process fluid temperature to meet the process requirement. The A.C.H.Es fan’s performance are unstable in my factory , so that reduce production capacity of process . In my study starts from measure air flow volumes and air pressure during fans work , and compare with the original design , then I find that due to different operating environment , resulting in air flow , air pressure difference. By change one more powerful fan motor and increase the fan blade attack angle , can upgrade the air flow volumes 9.93% ( from 197440 ft3/min to 216980 ft3/min ), and the A.C.H.E efficacy upgrade from 75.5% to 80% .After increase air flow volumes of the fan , also , this study uses ANSYS(a finite element software)to simulate the fan element behaviors before and after improvement in order to take into account design innovation and stability.
