Description
Summary:碩士 === 僑光科技大學 === 資訊科技研究所 === 99 === Industrial innovation comes from the integration of interdisciplinary technology. Taiwan has developed from the investment-oriented or efficiency-oriented economy in the past and gradually turning into innovation-oriented economy. This era also brings the important fact that the source of creativity and innovation is people and as well as Taiwan's source of sustainable growth for future economy. In order to nurture the creative talents, three key elements are needed including interdisciplinary technology integration, human needs, and systematic innovative training. From a systematic perspective, the fact that the customer needs have to meet comes from an iteration process starting from the people-oriented thinking, the new system (including the service process) architecture development, and business models (using the system methodology) of the innovation cycle. This process has to compare with the human and nature evolution and integration of technical work processes in order to build a comprehensive knowledge of innovative products or services industry. This fact shows a future industry trends. To achieve this objective, efforts are needed by the use of systems engineering and management, enterprise vision, organizational culture and with the interdisciplinary integration of human resources. This study uses questionnaires and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to investigate the importance of technology innovation human capital indicators of the system engineering and management education in order to understand the feasibility of cultivation human resources required in the future from the perspectives of universities/business/corporate sectors. This study uses the analysis of the characteristics and training needs among rich creative talents to develop corresponding interdisciplinary technology integration courses. This work also provides suggestions concerning with the systems engineering and management program framework and planning to the universities and graduate colleges for them to train creative talents.
