Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 材料科學與奈米科技研究所 === 99 === In this study, the Solubility of Erythorbic Acid and Sodium Erythorbate in supercritical carbon dioxide were measured by using a semi-flow type apparatus. The experiment data were taken at 313.15k and the pressure range from 12 to 24Mpa for Erythorbic Acid. And 313.15k, 333.15k and he pressure range from 12 to 24Mpa for Sodium Erythorbate.The solubility of Erythorbic Acid and Sodium Erythorbate in supercritical carbon dioxide are 10-7 to 10-6 and 10-8 to 10-7. The measured results were then correlated using semi-empirical equation presented by Chrastil, and Mendez-Santiago and Teja. With optimally fitted parameters, we determine the reasonableness of results by calculate the average absolute relative deviation (AARD).
