And 313.15k, 333.15k and he pressure range from 12 to 24Mpa for Sodium Erythorbate.The solubility of Erythorbic Acid and Sodium Erythorbate in supercritical carbon dioxide are 10-7 to 10-6 and 10-8 to 10-7. The measured results were then correlated using semi-empirical equation presented by Chrastil, and Mendez-Santiago and Teja.
