The subjects of this study were those students who studied in Taipei Municipal Vocational High School during January first 2010 and April thirtieth 2010. Those schools were Neihu, Nangang, Muzha, Daan Vocational High School, Songshan High School of Agriculture and Industry, Sung-Shan High School of Commerce and Home Economics and Taipei Municipal Shilin High School of Commerce. In this study, in consideration of time constraints and economic considerations into account were issued by 1050, a total of 875 valid questionnaires (a response rate 80.3%). Methods: vocational students to participate in exercise behavior questionnaire survey, descriptive statistics, t test, one way ANOVA statistical analysis. Results: The statistical results show that most students in Taipei Municipal Vocational High School students leisure and vocational activities for the basketball (58.6% relative times) for the bulk, followed by jogging and cycling are all (32.7% relative times), badminton (26.2% relative times) , volleyball (21.1% relative visits), swimming (16.3% relative times) and five other projects have a considerable number of participants. Recreational exercise habits: results of Taipei Municipal Vocational High School regularly engaged in leisure activities accounted for 22.2%, no regularity in the recreational sports accounted for 77.0%, others 0.8%. Participation in recreational activities companions: a friend, accompanied by 54.2% relative to the highest proportion of visitors, followed by students, 44.8%, 30.6% alone in the family accounted for 27.0%. Recreational sports obstacles to be higher than 3 indicated that obstacles to higher order first three of them were 1. Consumption is too high in the movement (M = 3.09); 2. Itself too lazy to exercise ( M = 3.21); 3. sports venue users too much (M = 3.42). Students in Taipei Municipal Vocational High School obstacles to participation in recreational sports in the five dimensions to the highest environmental factors (M = 3.14), followed by economic factors (M = 2.98), the work factor (M = 2.91 ), Motivation (M = 2.69) and personal factors (M = 2.64). Studies of different backgrounds of the barriers to participation in recreational sports comparison in different schools, different gender, different use of time can be significant differences.
