博士 === 中國文化大學 === 史學系 === 99 === The Eastern Wei-Northern Chi Dynasty and the Western Wei-Northern Chou Dynasty is the Northern Dynasty last stage, splits from Northern Wei Dynasty's two political powers. At the beginning of the fission, the Eastern Wei Dynasty controls by Gao Huan, Western Wei Dynasty falls into the Yu-wen Tai’s hand. But two powerful minister its life, still present Wei finally to legitimate, and has not usurped the throne the action, even if two royal governments already separately became Gao, world of the Yu-wen. The Northern Chi Dynasty, the Northern Chou Dynasty found a nation great task big duty, then falls, in Gao Huan, Yu-wen Tai’s child Gao Yang, Yu-wen Jue on shoulder. The new country's establishment, actually has not brought the new scene, instead because of ruling circles' conflict, causes the political power the turbulence. Creates this phenomenon the key, the Northern Chi Dynasty was Empress Lou, the Northern Chou Dynasty was Yu-wen Tai’s nephew Yu-wen Hu.
