A study of the relationship between difficulty, resource operation and the sense of achievement for high risk family program social worker.

碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 社會工作與兒童少年福利學系碩士班 === 99 === The purpose of this research is to understand the social workers’ difficulties and sense of achievements while handling the high risk family program. According to the reference, making this progress with questionnaire survey, we created and organized “The Difficulty Scale”, “The Resource Operation Scale”, and “The Sense of Achievement Scale” as the research instruments. By using the demography, we searched and gathered the data of those Social Workers, who were sampled from 23 county municipal contract organizations in Taiwan. Finally we learnt the 170 available samples and the main results as follows: 1.There are differences of the agency type and the seniority for the social workers in the high risk family program, the difficulties of the social workers meet the significant different ends. 2.There are differences of the gender, the agency type, and the agency location for the social workers in the high risk family program, the level of resource operations of the social workers meet the significant different ends. 3.There are differences of the age and the gender for the social workers in the high risk family program,the sense of achievements of the social workers meets the significant different ends. 4.The comprehension and professional relationship of the social workers in handling the high risk family program shows the self-evaluation. The comprehension and the organization supporting show others’ evaluation. 5.The level of resource operations, such as making self- examination by using task records, consultation conference, case selection by the county municipal government social workers, home visiting accompanied and supervising outsearching by the county municipal government social workers, shows the self-evaluation; consultation conference, professional books provided by organizations, making self-examination by using task records, economic grant and supervising outsearching by the county municipal government social workers, show others’ evaluation. 6.Due to the differences of the feelings about the difficulties in the high risk family program, there show the level of resource operations of the social workers. 7.The comprehension, professional relationship and the level of resource operations (making self-examination by using task records, on-the-job training, home visiting accompanied and supervising outsearching by other specialized staffs, and case evaluating) show the sense of achievement. We organized and concluded this research, and made some specific proposals of the high risk family program for being the references of government, social welfare organizations, school staffs and other researchers.
