Summary:碩士 === 實踐大學 === 工業產品設計學系碩士班 === 99 === In response to informatization of the hotel industry, the Interactive Digital Signage gradually imports in the hotel industry in recent years. Because of the significant difference between interactive digital signage and traditional digital signage, the interface design will be a develop priority. This paper discusses the interactive digital signage interface design research with TRIZ theory. The main purpose is to apply a systematic approach to design the interactive digital signage interface and to give appropriate advice during the designing period. The beginning of the process is to find out requirements of hotel and five contradictions in the interface design, and develop design concepts which can solve the contradictions by advised inventive principles of TRIZ method. The design concepts have transformed into five groups of interface design elements. And then the value of superiority degree of the design elements were analyzed from design elements experiment. The value of superiority degree of the design elements put into Taguchi robust design method in order to pick optimal combinations and the other two combinations were chosen as control groups. The next step is to refer design criterion generalized from references to design optimal and both control group interfaces. The optimal interface was proved to fit user’s requirements best in three interfaces through interface verified experiment and can solve the contradictions simultaneously. Furthermore, some advised inventive principles of TRIZ method conform design criterion generalized from references. The result tells us the application of TRIZ to solve designing problems is feasible.
