Besides, biofeedback have demonstrated great efficacy in the management of stress, and the core of biofeedback is highly interactive. In the modern high-pressure society, there are great application value and market potential in biofeedback products. This paper reviews relaxation skills, biofeedback theories and studies design cases that using bio-signal, then proposed three interactive biofeedback product concepts for relaxation training. After evaluating, selects “Tai-Chi Heart” to conduct experience prototyping, then evaluated the concept by user experience interviews. Finally discusses the result of biofeedback experience, interactive game experience and integrated interaction experience. Research contributions are as follow. 1. Presents an innovative biofeedback product prototype that can provide gaming experience to train breathing skill in a rich interactive way. 2. In-depth discusses the “Tai-Chi Heart” biofeedback product concept via user-oriented view, and the results are significant and valuable to the development of interactive and biofeedback products.
