Indeed, some of non-profit organizations which are efficient in management become leaders of managerial practice. The culture of organizations and the type of leadership would affect the performance of employees. However, it has become the topic that the researchers of management want to study in recent years. Moreover, successful organizations have stable finance, great culture and better leading style. Therefore, this is the way to increase the efficiency of employees. Good leaders with their heart can lead to employees for accomplishing the goals. It is also the reason that the organization could manage effectively. The research is discussing about non-profit organizations which do not intend to gain profits. The organizations are sustainable operation with management philosophy that every organization group used evaluative ways to encourage employees to develop the source of wealth. Therefore, it becomes social commercialization of operating pattern which can reach self-sufficiency to attain the goal. In addition, the organization groups create the social groups service and high welfare as the final goal. Overall, a non-profit organization has to take service as its mission statement. It is difficult to evaluate both the operating side and the financial side of a non-profit organization’s performance, because of their sources are different. Specially, to reward excellent employees and assist inferior employees, to encourage employees to develop their enthusiasm, culture of organization and have passion for their work, promise of organization. There are connections between different departments of sources about their satisfaction of work, promise of organization. How to analyze a suitable way for non-profit organizations, to evaluate internal performance and to put into effect in organizations completely and equally?
