Previous researches have frequently pointed out the importance of entrepreneurial learning. Entrepreneurs learn from customers, suppliers, competitors, employees, associates, other entrepreneurs and past experience. The objective of this study is to understand the definition of entrepreneurial learning, the important components and measurements of entrepreneurial learning through past researches. Through iterative analyses of the existing literature and examination of empirical data, this study clarifies the definition of entrepreneurial learning as a continuous process that entrepreneurs interact with the dynamic environment to create knowledge, manage new ventures and recognize opportunity effectively. Three important factors of entrepreneurial learning are prior knowledge, absorptive capacity and opportunity recognition. Finally, theoretical and practical implications were discussed.
