The interface of domestic banking operations has been significantly different since 1999 to now. In 3G(3rd-generation, third generation mobile communication technology)environment of high-speed data transmission technology, the fact that iOS and Android operation systementering the market facilitated large domestic banks to re-start mobile bankingthrough App Store and Android Market download and use. The study is to explore the current preference for new generation mobile banking as background through iPhone and Android platform. Interviewee of this study was set above 25 years old, excluding freshgraduates toconclude business people whogo abroad on business, who often visit clients, whoparticipate in major company decisions, and who work for some time. Unstructured interviews were usedto explore whathabits of this group own,through which channels they reach new technology products, what usual Internet habits are, whatpreferences for existing mobile banking are, and what expectations for future development of services are. After collection of data, this study provided suggestions for future research and for financial industry as reference offuture bank building, development,and promotion.
