E-learning can avoid time, space, and geographical constraints, while also satisfying the diverse needs. In the learning process, learners can self-learning through the Internet, selecting suitable materials to study according to their learning ability, but also can take repeated reading advantages to keep up with the teachers' progress. Teachers can select the appropriate and highly interactive teaching components depending on the needs of learners, to improve learners’ motivation and interest, and thus enhance the learner's learning performance.
2009, the Ministry of Education proposed intelligent learning and adaptive education in the administrative program to establish intelligent demonstrate e-Learning materials for the universities general education. Improving the e-Learning teaching quality at colleges, the pioneer plan, on emerging issues of humanities and social sciences and professional educational reform, aims to integrate and edit e-Learning materials of professional law courses.
The Ministry of Education developed the e-Learning general education materials for information law courses at colleges at 2008 and implemented in 2010. We discuss the students which joined the general education and using these materials from four colleges as research object. In our research, we used literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method, to conduct an investigation to the learning motivation, involvement, digital teaching materials, and learning outcomes. The research result of the thesis could offer the reference for amendment of rational policies and other studies.
