While enterprises vigorously promote the input of information technology, IT technicians play an important role. Since employees are valuable resources of enterprises, how to effectively manage and motivate IT technicians to devote themselves to work and reach goals has become an important research topic in the IT management field. Therefore, this research is based on the influences from enterprise implementation of incentives and IT staffs responses to pressure, interests and commitment to work.   This research is conducted through collection of relative literature and empirical investigation to find out the relevancy among IT staffs pressure, interests, incentive, commitment and performances of work. During the empirical survey, 265 effective questionnaires have been collected. The information gained has been analyzed through the SPSS statistical software. Following are the summaries of the research results: I.As for work incentive, external rewards like performance bonuses, intellectual property dividends, and punitive penalties have tremendous influences on work performances. II.As for influences that interests and pressure have on work performances, this research shows that interests have significant impacts on work performances while pressure doesn’t. This means that once IT staffs change their interests, their performances will be influenced as well. III.As for commitment’s influences on work performances, this research shows that IT staffs change to commitment will relatively influences his performances.   It can be seen that the key to incentives is one’s interest in work. If worker needs for incentive and the key factors can be identified, it will help enterprises plan and execute the incentive strategies.
