Besides the rapidly popularization of the internet network, the enterprises are facing the challenging of technology and structure of society changes, the organization also must have changed in order to fit in the flexibility and adaptive capacity. The members and organization itself also have to draw and promote new knowledge to maintain and last protecting advantage of competition environment. The information department had already been served as the less important support role in the past, which it has been changed into a role in the competitive strategy core now. The importance of status and budget expenditure of the information department promotes and increases gradually recently (Saunders & Jones, 1992). Most of personnel of information department are members of the information department, and it also one of the most important human resources in enterprises. However, the enterprises generally are facing the following problems such as personnel's quitting and the demand needs of professional technicians and manpower metabolism are accelerated. The demands of personnel for enterprises are cross field, perspective, and experienced talents. However, the concept of “Boundaryless Career” as for staffs of enterprises now is already gradually replacing “Organization Career”. It becomes an important topic how enterprises offer staffs a valuable profession development in order to keep them in the enterprises. This research is to probe into organization environment and role status of information department to understand to information personnel’s profession development whether it will get different development by the differences of organization environment and role status of information department in order to affect and influence the organization pledged. The data can promote and suggest the information personnel into management references what the impact is on the profession career. This research is based on World Magazine publishing year of 2010, which are announced all over the world, such as 1,000 manufacturing industries , 500 service trades , and 100 financial circles as the parent substance samples. It grants the questionnaires and collects samples with the questionnaire survey procedure, and dispatch and retrieve the questionnaire by posting, granting 500 altogether, retrieving 149, 29.8% of rate of recovery , divided by a share has not filled out answering while retrieving the questionnaire. The effective questionnaire adds up to 148 shares. This research utilizes and applies the letter analysis, number of times assignment, a kind of T assaying, ANOVA, level return, relevant analysis, CFA (convergence and difference validity ), overall construction equation pattern, and intermediary effect examination result. The main purpose of this research is enables to provide the verify documents and inference result of this research to the practical realm. The research is found by the following empirical analysis results: 1. Organization environment apparently influences to profession development and organization pledged positively. The role status of information department apparently influences to profession development and organization pledged positively. Profession development apparently influences to and organization pledged positively. 2. Organization environment and role status of information department will separately influence the organization pledged through career intermediary function.
