After referring to relevant refernces, TAM was modified according to study needs. The constructing variables of the study contains computer self-efficacy, professional agricultural knowledge, acceptability for innovation, and psychological forecasting benefits; in addition, perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use are related to the technology acceptance model. Subjects are farmers who have participated in professional training in the year of 2007. For the production and marketing teams of Nantou County, there were 487 samples issued and 243 of them were returned valid and being studied: The four variable facotors: computer self-efficacy, professional agricultural knowledge, acceptability for innovation, and psychological forecasting benefits show possitive impact on user's acceptance through perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use; espeically psychological forecasting benefits showed possitive impact more directly to subjects. Perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use still show possitive impact on user's acceptance. For increasing farmers' acceptance using digital ways to learn, proper teaching materials for basic computer and internet training to improve farmers digital learning ability is prior required. What's more, any channel of information should be carried out more to help farmers' positive thinking on psychological forecasting benefits torwards professional knowledge and acceptance of innovation. Besides, the study results should provide substantial and reliable statistics for the convenience of farmers' adoption. By using digital learning for innovative technology, the design of manipulating interface should stand on farmers' acceptance and easy of use to increase their willings to acquire digital information.
