Ink viscosity and ultraviolet irradiance as independent variables in order to screen as a printed plate, UV inks, polycarbonate as the materials The strip, hardness, and laminating in mold injection molding, to verify the quality of results are as follows. First, the viscosity 3125cP and irradiance 609mj/cm2 are the best performance for 5B. The higher level of strip are according to measure samples for injection tested, strip between the 4B-5B, as both the ASTM standard range of passing inside. Second, the hardness is a combination of viscosity 3125cP and irradiance 1160mj/ cm2, The average of 2.47 is maximum hardness, other hardness is to between the H and 2H.The factor of viscosity and the viscosity is inversely proportional to the hardness, the highest viscosity be the lower hardness.Irradiance is proportional to the hardness. Third, in experiments that use low viscosity, ductility, more flexibility, in-mold decorative screen ink printed on the polycarbonate film, and adhesive coating after printing, sent to the oven drying, drying and also residual material in the ink evaporates, leaving most of the other factors such as UV ink formulations, the strip and the hardness of the performance is very excellent in the punch injection process,.Because rich stretch of polycarbonate films and injection with the temperature (220 ℃).The hole injection materials is under two more mold design, injection molding, the film is not easily be washed ink.It is not occur more cases has flashed, injection molding products are yield higher. none 陳忠輝 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 80 zh-TW |
