| Summary: | 碩士 === 聖約翰科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士在職專班 === 99 === The background of this study is the increasing offshore production in China of Taiwan’s traditional stamping industry to enhance competitiveness of providing the satisfactory service to customers. It is the important topic about the benefits of management strategies for industry from the production to the delivery of products to customers. The purpose of the study was to assist the traditional stamping industry from the benefit analysis of a case company from the early period of the new location stage, and to provide the study result for reference of follow-up researchers. This study used the case study and balanced scorecard to analyze the benefits of the relocation management policies of the traditional stamping industry. The study concludes that a traditional small metal stamping industry has the conservative attitude toward exploring new markets and accepting new orders. The industry relocates the production to where the clients expand. The traditional stamp industry in Taiwan would have to focus on controlling the company's internal processes, reducing the loss of heavy industry, lowering costs, and improving efficiency. The relocation of the industry has limited success for the early lifting of the effectiveness of local expertise and loyalty of employees. The priority is to obtain more orders to increase the workload to keep local staff.
