Defrost freezer system in the existing approaches, this study of tube-cooled refrigerator , developed a new defroster. This technique is the use of the refrigerator refrigeration cycle system, high pressure high temperature refrigerant compressor pipe, first through a set of additional short-tube expansion device and then through the condenser, expansion valve in parallel with the original group by the larger refrigerant flow solenoid valve, expansion valve so that refrigerant has not been directly into the evaporator to make defrost, refrigerant through the evaporator by the addition of a short capillary tube expansion device connection, the application of high-temperature high-pressure pipeline will be a short tube into the liquid refrigerant evaporates gas, and finally into the cycle of the compressor, until the completion of defrost. The study will be completed and the actual operation of the refrigerator modification, test results show that application of liquid refrigerant defrost at room temperature, will not cause the refrigerator temperature is too high, and the temperature more evenly. No additional energy for defrosting, but also to reduce carbon emissions.
