It is essential to establish a quality online learning platform. Being emerge of the cloud technology, at present; the manufacturers have actively promoted the cloud technical services environment and platform for users to use. The thesis by the questionnaire survey to explore the traditional digital learning platform and made the assessment of the relevance of the digital learning platform technology with the cloud technology to provide a reference of cloud teaching and learning environment in the future. For the update of immediate information a very important, the thesis by the the results of analysis verified that the import of the cloud teaching platform more than the traditional teaching platform, because of the effective rapid updating information, it will increase the will of learning users to use it, and to be a promotion of reading and learning. For the information security, the learning users believe that the cloud digital learning platform is a measure of stability and the protection of personal information is a certain of security, as in the information transfer process, information is being lost or information is being stolen is subjected to the concern of learning users.
