To achieve the purpose of actually completely fixed of notebook top and bottom plastic case, the industry design of the battery shell plus most use with corrosive glue or hook plus bounding glue with the top and bottom plastic case. It is taking a long processing time for injecting bounding glue and pressing fixed. It need to development and production of the structure of cell lamination pressing fixed fixture when has a mass production or diversification of production. This research focuses on the type of hook design for pressing fixed the top and bottom plastic case of battery that get the certifying of drop in test of UL(Underwriter Laboratories) test of U.S. safety standards. It make the battery assembly processing will be more landscape engineering and energy conservation that use the hook design for saving fixture development and pressing fixed time, reduce the corrosive glue injection and cost down.
