Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 金融與風險管理系碩士班 === 99 === There has been a significant increased in the quantity and quality of international export research with respect to effective solutions towards coffee export performance. However, in Viet Nam an investigation on the factors affecting coffee export is lacking. In addition, the influence of factors to turnover and sales of coffee export has received little agreement. This research tries to study the factors affecting the export of coffee Dak Lak province, and analysis factors to clarify the export competitiveness of Dak Lak coffee. Personal interview, mail and phone interview methods were used to measure coffee export performance, newly developed factors affecting coffee export. The findings showed that there were 4 factors affecting coffee export as follows: firm strategy; demand condition; production; and service. Factor "Production" is the most influential factor to the sales of company. Thus, the results demonstrate “Production” is crucial focus factor impact to sales and turnover of company. And other factors are also important factors impact to sales and turnover of company. Managerial implications and suggestions for future research were also discussed.
