| Summary: | 碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 99 === Nowadays, one of the major barriers to implementing for ICT, e-government, and e-business of public administration and management was citizen services utilities and public services accessed to update content and public document online. Electronic document management system (eDocman system) tools are now rapidly becoming available via the World Wide Web, the electronic delivery mechanism of choice for most academic libraries and public service documents. The Electronic Document Management One (eDocman) is the facilitated solution for online public administrative document registrations in the provincial gateways on applying Viet Nam e-government utilities, the eDocman enable automatic document scanning, recognition, storage, archiving, retrieval and delivery of all your business documents. In information systems research, several theoretical models have been proposed through the years to explain and predict the acceptance of a technology. This thesis uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to examine the actual use of electronic document management system in one-stop administrative control at Nam Dinh province Department of Industry and Trade has a significant meaning to effectiveness of state administration. Nevertheless, this effectiveness depends on the intention to use the system of the users (i.e. administrators, organizations and individuals). Therefore, this study is to examine to what extend the actual usage of the user towards eDocman system. Developing and testing hypotheses by using survey data from 211 officers, using eDocman system come from in Nam Dinh Industry and Trade Affairs and officers of other related affairs in Nam dinh, Vietnam. This study employed SPSS 17.0 to analyze the collected data to test the relationships among factors and all items require seven-point Likert-scale. The results indicate the positive relationships among Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Behavioral Intention to use and Usage of eDocman system.
