Because of each one people of congenital genetic in differences will be effect the treatment effect toward bladder cancer patients, it''s for doctors should be using what drugs for treatment, just only to rely on experience to judge. This study is for create one of suitable model to help doctors judge, and according to different Patients genes to find the most suitable drug to treatment. But it want to get the genetic information is more difficult, Because of samples size Insufficient circumstances, caused get information obtained insufficient. In the study, using sinusoid combination technology to create a virtual factor to fill sample size insufficient of problem, and to construct a small sample learning of neural network module. According to experiment results, we find this method can be effectively improve the average accuracy, and be for prediction of drug has a significant enhance, that the prediction of model can effectively help to physicians select drug for patients, and to achieve more efficient treatment method. 蔡東亦 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 51 zh-TW
