Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 應用設計研究所 === 99 === Cultural and creative industries could be said as the mainstream trend of the world economic activity, and Taiwan has very special aboriginal culture with color and Totems, so naturally it becomes national policies to promote in Taiwan.This research base on Taiwan Tsou’s cultural connotations as design elements, Tsou’s cultural base on the "symbiosis, total, share" idea to give the recognition for their tribal “people, things, of, and concept”. According to depth of field observation, interviews and investigation of the literature study of Tsou cultural core values. We try to summary their core value of semantic and visual representation. And then through the "shape", "color", "quality" of the conversion mechanism, extracted its core spirit as the life essence to our product creation. According to understand the cultural goods’ trends, and explore the present manifestation of cultural goods, we found now people not only pursuit practical, beautiful for goods request, but the "spirit" as high demands and focus on its commodity and identity. So we can see cultural products is no longer just to copy the existing Totem, patterns directly on the goods, it still need to cover the cultural spirit and its core value.And, we also explore foreign cultural products, and found their mainly superb technology, patterns are collected from natural objects and living patterns.Therefore we can easily to know, the manifestations of the culture usually come from people’s lifestyle, contains material access and color use, etc. We try to combine the key point from the Tsou cultural characteristics, modern elements of cultural goods and foreign products. And use three steps to screen the product with core value that meets the Tsou cultural spirit to do the creation. The goal of our creation is cited core spirit of the Tsou cultural connotation, and present Tsou’s image which is simple and unadorned with the natural.
