Methods: The sample was employees from an electronic manufacturing industry in Tainan. Totally 300 questionnaires were distributed. After invalid responses were eliminated, the valid questionnaires were 291, including 164 men and 127 women workers. The methods of data analysis included descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: The effect on Emotional Intelligence to organizational citizenship behavior was the most clear; the relationship between job insecurity and organizational commitment were found varying effects. Conclusions: 1. Enhance workers’ emotional intelligence will effectively enhance the show of organizational citizenship behavior. 2. The adjustment between Job insecurity and persistent degree of commitment is also an important issue. 3. The most effective factor of improving civic virtue is Emotional commitment. 4. Normative commitment is the items that need to be improved most. Based on all the above conclusions, there are some specific recommendations for business.
