Sophomore students of the university were selected as the participants. The sampling data was obtained through questionnaires and 459 valid respondents were collected. The response rate is 91.8%. In accordance with the relevant literature, in this study, the independent variables is instructors’ servant leadership, it has six aspects including respect others; the mediator is teacher-student interaction; the dependent variable is students’ satisfaction of learning. It consists four aspects including the ability of instructors’ teaching. The used methods of data analysis are descriptive statistics, reliability, validity, correlation and regression analysis. The major research findings are as follows: 1. Instructors’ servant leadership on students’ satisfaction of learning has a positive influence. 2. Instructors’ servant leadership on teacher-student interaction has a positive influence. 3. Teacher-student interaction on students’ satisfaction of learning has a positive influence. 4.
