碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 人力資源管理研究所 === 99 === The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of instructors’ servant leadership and teacher-student interaction on students’ satisfaction of learning in a technological university in Taiwan. Sophomore students of the university were selected as the participants. The sampling data was obtained through questionnaires and 459 valid respondents were collected. The response rate is 91.8%. In accordance with the relevant literature, in this study, the independent variables is instructors’ servant leadership, it has six aspects including respect others; the mediator is teacher-student interaction; the dependent variable is students’ satisfaction of learning. It consists four aspects including the ability of instructors’ teaching. The used methods of data analysis are descriptive statistics, reliability, validity, correlation and regression analysis. The major research findings are as follows: 1. Instructors’ servant leadership on students’ satisfaction of learning has a positive influence. 2. Instructors’ servant leadership on teacher-student interaction has a positive influence. 3. Teacher-student interaction on students’ satisfaction of learning has a positive influence. 4. Through the teacher-student interaction, instructors’ servant leadership will influence students’ satisfaction of learning.
