Generally speaking, people will get lost under an unfamiliar direction of the building than outside environment. Therefore, the design of indoor location-aware system is to meet this demand. According to IDC (International Data Corporation) center say that in 2012 the proportion of mobile phone built-in Bluetooth will exceed 70%, and continuing growth. The Bluetooth has the properties of low-cost and low power consumption, and also has its own unique MAC address (Media Access Control address). To utilize Bluetooth wireless features and to place it in a different location, you can achieve the positioning function. Based on the above mention, this study will use the very popular and low cost basis of the Bluetooth device as a positioning device, and campus wondering as the actual operation of the experiment environment. Our system developes by the name of CEZ-GO (Campus Easy Go), combining with LBS(Location-based Service) technology to accomplish the campus tour operations. Using the application of RSS publish/subscribe mechanisms to exchange and share information for students, office staffs and school departments. We also use the technology of context awareness provide RSS information. Users can get related information according to the location he is, so that navigation is more abundant than before.
