Therefore, the development of light-weighted EVs is becoming the trend for accommodating the changes. However, most of light-weighted EVs are not equipped with the air-conditioning systems under the condition of the reduction in energy-consuming and the weight of cars. According to some studies, some researchers provided the ideas of the air-conditioning seat. They utilized the mini-sized air-conditioners to collocate with the car seat and the outer cover to form a personal space, where the riders could be surrounded with cool air. In addition, using this system can lower the consumption of energy for reducing the air-condition spaces and lightening the weights. In this study, we focus on the data of the air-conditioning seat by using STAR-CCM+ CFD analysis software to explore the differences between the data given by the software and the experiments by comparison. Hence, through these analyses, we can obtain the data of the Internal flow and the efficiency of temperature-decreasing. Moreover, we also implement the theoretical analysis to examine whether the mini-sized air-conditioners could discharge the heat of the air-condition space. The results show that using air-conditioning seat yields excellent temperature-decreasing phenomena.
