So the asserting that reduces the number of the member one of the adjustment of the institutional framework of military prison, member's post, may influence the member's role's pressure and its working morale in the future. This research takes the officers and soldiers in military prison as the sample. The study adopts the questionnaire survey, which sent out 380 questionnaires. The effective questionnaires were 346 and the effective rate of retrievals is 91%. This research uses SPSS software as the statistic analysis tool. And the analysis of testing propositions includes Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Validity Analysis, T-test, One-awy ANOVA, Pearson’s Product-momint Correlation and Regression Analysis. This research will be shared with relevant scholars and offered to the future relevant researchers as the basis studies. The following is our research consequences: First, personal characteristics partially have the differences on organizational change, role's pressure and working morale. Second, organizational change is positively associated with working morale. Third, organizational change is negatively associated with role's pressure.
