This study data was collected through the questionnaire survey. By the stratified random sampling method, 180 teachers and 720 students from Tainan public elementary schools were selected as study subjects. As a result, 158 and 566 valid questionnaires was retrieved. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, One-Way ANOVA test, Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The main findings of this study were listed as follows: 1. The current situation of the elementary school teachers’ value judgment of life, job involvement and their students’ well-being in Tainan are between middle and high levels. 2. Significant differences were shown from value judgment of life for the elementary schools in Tainan due to teachers’ seniority and school size. 3. No significant difference was shown from value judgment of life for the elementary schools in Tainan due to teachers’ gender, age, marital status. 4. Significant differences were shown from job involvement for the elementary schools in Tainan due to teachers’ age, seniority and school size. 5. No significant difference was shown from job involvement for the elementary schools in Tainan due to teachers’ gender, marital status. 6. There was a positive relationship between value judgment of life and job involvement for the elementary school teachers’ in Tainan. 7. The well-being of students in Tainan are different since different teachers have different value judgment of life and job involvement. According to the results of the study, the researcher made suggestions for educational administration agencies, elementary school teachers and future research proposals.
