School organizational climate has a great psychological influence for the organization subordinates. Based on the characteristics of teachers and teaching situation, We make the right organizational climate to guide teachers to achieve the performance goals for teaching excellence. The study employed the questionnaire-based survey. The subjects were 390 teachers randomly selected from Tainan city elementary school. And valid samples were 350. Through SPSS for Windows12.0, Data were analyzed using the method of descriptive and inferential statistics , included frequencies, t- test, One Way ANOVA. The major finding were as following: 1. There is above average perception for organizational climate among the elementary school teachers. 2. There is above average perception for teacher efficacy climate among the elementary school teachers. 3. Significant differences existed among different school size for teacher’s perception on school organizational climate. 4. Significant differences didn’t exist among different gender, age, education level, years of teaching, and position for teacher’s perception on school organizational climate. 5. Significant differences existed among different age, position, and school size on teacher efficacy. 6.Significant differences didn’t exist among different gender, education level, and years of teaching on teacher efficacy. 7.The correlation between school organizational climate and teacher efficacy is positive. 8.Teacher efficacy has predictive power on school organizational climate.
