To achieve these goals of this study, relevant literatures were reviewed to develop an appropriate survey questionnaire for this research. Then, the purposive sampling method was adopted to select two medical center in Taiwan.Of which, 20% randomly selected nurses were delivered a questionnaire in order to further analyze the association of study variables. A total of 236 questionnaires were distributed, of which 219 valid questionnaires were returned. The valid response rate was 92.8 %. The study samples collected from questionnaires were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA test, pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, factor analysis and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques in order to understand more the associations among study variables. The results of this study showed there is great significance between individual characteristic of age and several variables. These variables are job satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction, depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment and use of emotion. There is great significance between individual characteristic of total tenure and some other variables. These variables are extrinsic satisfaction, depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment, and use of emotion. Emotional labor is positive correlated with both job satisfaction and burnout. Nevertheless, burnout is not significantly correlated with job satisfaction. Cheng-i Chu 朱正一 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 96 zh-TW |
