A total of 236 questionnaires were distributed, of which 219 valid questionnaires were returned. The valid response rate was 92.8 %. The study samples collected from questionnaires were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA test, pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, factor analysis and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques in order to understand more the associations among study variables. The results of this study showed there is great significance between individual characteristic of age and several variables. These variables are job satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction, depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment and use of emotion. There is great significance between individual characteristic of total tenure and some other variables. These variables are extrinsic satisfaction, depersonalization, reduced personal accomplishment, and use of emotion. Emotional labor is positive correlated with both job satisfaction and burnout.
