This research will use the junior high school teachers in Yilan as the research target , and the research methods are: “teacher working stress scale chart”, and “emotional management scale chart.” According to the questionnaire survey, using the SPSS statistic software to derive the average, standard deviation, and using the t test, single factor analysis of variances, Pearson product moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis to further handle the data The result of this research: 1. The degree of working stress of Yilan junior high school teachers tend to be medium to low, and the highest stress comes from “work load” and “student’s behavior.” 2. The level of junior high school teachers in Yilan tend to be medium to high and the highest ability comes from “emotional expression.” 3. The different “sex,” “marital status” and “school scale” among junior high school teachers in Yilan have significant differences with their perception in their working stress. 4. The different “sex,” “marital status” and “school scale” among junior high school teachers in Yilan have significant differences in their emotional management abilities. IV 5. The junior high school teachers have low negative correlation between their working stress and emotional management ability, which explains that the teachers who get higher scores on emotional management, the lower level they will feel stress from work in Yilan. 6. The junior high school teachers’ emotional management between“emotional adjustment” and “professional knowledge,” “social relationship” and “work stress as a whole” have negative predictability correlation in Yilan.
