Description
Summary:碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 休閒與遊憩管理學系碩士在職專班 === 99 === The main purpose of this study is to discuss the demographic variables of Sun Moon Lake Bike Tourists, the differences in the tourists’ leisure involvement, green cognition and environmental attitudes caused by the participation of the bikeway activities, and the relationship among these three elements. Thus, the study was hoped to be a useful reference for the authorities concerned to promote cycling and environmental protection. In this study, a questionnaire survey for Sun Moon Lake Bike tourists was taken, using convenient sampling method, and 558 valid questionnaires were collected. Statistical methods include descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA, independent samples T-test, Pearson correlation analysis and simple regression analysis. The major findings are as follows: (1) Among different demographic variables, marital status showed significant difference in leisure involvement, green cognition, and environmental attitudes. Educational background had significant difference in the first two aspects, while vocation had significant difference in environmental attitudes. (2) Leisure involvement had significantly positive influence on green cognition. Green cognition showed significantly positive influence on environmental attitudes. However, leisure involvement had significantly negative influence on environmental attitudes. (3) Green cognition and leisure involvement had great explanatory power in environmental attitudes. Green cognition alone had an explanatory power of 4.3% in environmental attitudes, while leisure involvement alone had an explanatory power of 3.8%. Green cognition and leisure involvement had an accumulated explanatory power of 8.1% in environmental attitudes.
