The research method was conducted by action-research and quantity-analysis. 25 fourth-grade students are sampled as well as 24 courses of picture books teaching in this study were designed and performed in the whole curriculum of writing teaching. The results of in this research were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods Conclusions in this study were summarized as follows: 1. The picture books teaching employed to the fourth-grade students are helpful for the performance promotion in thinking content of students’ writing. 2. Appropriate strategies used in the picture books teaching to the fourth-grade students will increase their writing willingness. 3. Writing ability of the fourth-grade students has been definitely improved by picture books teaching approach. 4. Writing motivation to the fourth-grade students is effectiveness by using the picture books teaching approach.
